Interior design

Toom-Kuninga 26 homes interior design solutions are inspired by the cozy and unique atmosphere of Uue Maailma district. This area with a strong sense of community is a crossing place of new and old, the mood is always warm and friendly. The interior design of the project emphasizes coziness, sustainability and quality. You can choose between three different options, which are also possible to combine according to one`s taste. All homes are spacious and full of light. Living room flooring is quality fishtail oak parquet. The walls, internal doors and sidings tone is white and for the accent wall is possible to choose from trendy wallpaper or soft structure paint. In bathrooms are dominant large format ceramic tiles, which are accented by the décor wall with white slim tiles and illuminated mirror. The bathroom is equipped with quality Hansgrohe sanitary equipment or Villeroy & Boch equipment with an armored glass shower corner or Balteco bathtub.

Option 1- Warm minimalism

Home with a soothing atmosphere, dominated by calm tones and materials and simple forms and shapes. Warmth is generated by the natural color fishtail parquet and ceramic tiles with gentle stone patterns. Light surfaces and details create a neutral canvas, which can be extended in the interiors with natural materials like wool and linen and tones such as sage green. You can sense the stoic calm and “hygge” warmth in a modern way.

Option 2- Timeless elegance

Home with timeless and withheld looks, in which a monochromatic palette is emphasized by special details. Bleached oak fishtail parquet and elegant marble ceramic tiles combination create a bright and dignified atmosphere, which can be extended in the interiors with old pink tones or powder blue velvet textiles. The furnishing can be continued with design elements with a more classical concept to emphasize the historic nature.

Option 3- Bold modernism

Home with a more spiced character, which introduces natural materials and dark contrasts. Darker fishtail parquet and grainy patterns on the ceramic tiles combine a bold mix, which can be enriched in the interiors with darker and deep tones and carefully curated interior elements. Inspiration for this option is from the combination of Scandinavian and Japanese functionality, simplicity and pure design language.
