A Young family had just received its last blessing to the family- a young baby girl. The joy and awe of the parents for three little girls had taken new dimensions. In addition of having a loving family, they had to find a new larger home- the current home was just too small for them. While on the search, they were communicating with may agents and sellers, but none of the offer felt to be „the one“. In the search parameters they were mostly focusing on choosing the location- as it should be whilst planning a new home. The architectural project was created by RAAM Architects and the technical projects were designed by the top specialists of the field. There is planned safe parking on the back of the land plot, playground and resting area between the houses. Access to the courtyard and parking is by mobile openable gates and the courtyard is under video surveillance- You can safely let your children out to play to the courtyard knowing that everyone is safe. 

Both houses accommodate five spacious and unique design apartments, in the street building there is a small business premises for future office, lounge or boutique. Apartments are designed according to the movement of the sun, the planning solutions are crafted in the most optimal way- dividing daily and evening premises. Each apartment has individual heat- exchange ventilation system. Rooms are heated via floor heating and each room and system is possible to control locally and of course online with your mobile device. The interior design of the apartments is created with the Japandi design- combining clean forms of Japan and Scandinavian functionality.
